Salary:
$65-75k/yearSchedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM (Occasional evening/weekend hours as project deadlines require)
Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytical Delivery:
Dashboard & Metrics Maintenance:
Design, update, and manage recurring reports that track core business metrics and cross-departmental KPIs.Ad-Hoc Analysis:
Conduct targeted statistical and operational analyses to answer stakeholder questions, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable summaries. ...Performance & Experiment Tracking:
Monitor A/B testing initiatives and operational changes to measure business impact and present clear findings to decision-makers.
Data Organization:
Gather, structure, and clean datasets according to established data hygiene standards and analytical protocols.Stakeholder Partnership & Communication:

Participate in discovery sessions with business leaders to translate operational inquiries into structured reporting requirements.Data Storytelling:
Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical partners using clean summaries and visual aids.
Team Collaboration:
Partner closely with risk and analytics colleagues to maintain consistent reporting logic across all internal platforms.Data Quality & Technical Growth:
Validation & Auditing:
Perform routine data quality audits to ensure information in reports is complete, timely, and accurate.Anomaly Escalation:
Identify data discrepancies or system inconsistencies and coordinate with senior analysts to resolve root causes.
Continuous Skill Development:
Proactively build technical fluency in internal database architectures, querying tools, and analytics platforms.Working hours:

PM Skills:
- Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Prior experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial reporting.
- Hands-on proficiency using SQL to query databases.
- Direct experience evaluating A/B tests or operational experiments.
- Background in financial services, banking, commercial lending, or fintech.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Spreadsheet Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.Data Aptitude:
Foundational understanding of relational data principles, reporting methodologies, and data quality standards.Technical Exposure:
Basic familiarity with a analytical programming language (such as Python or R) and a willingness to learn SQL querying.Data Visualization:
General exposure to visual analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools).
