Responsibilities:
Business Decision Management (BDM) &System Execution:
Rule Implementation:
Execute approved operational rule adjustments, A/B testing configurations, risk criteria, and account management actions within internal decisioning software.Testing & Validation:
Rigorously test and validate BDM rule logic prior to deployment to ensure technical accuracy and prevent operational disruption.Impact Monitoring:
Monitor post-implementation results against expected baselines, proactively identifying unexpected logic behavior, discrepancies, or system errors.Audit Documentation:
Maintain detailed audit logs of all BDM requirements, testing protocols, and change-management approvals in accordance with compliance protocols.Reporting, Data Analytics & Visualization:
Dashboard Management:
Build, update, and maintain recurring performance reports and BI dashboards tracking core operational metrics.Ad-Hoc Data Analysis:
Write database queries to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets in response to cross-functional stakeholder requests.A/B Testing Analytics:
Track, evaluate, and interpret the performance impact of business experiments and policy shifts.
Trend Identification:
Detect notable data variances or operational concerns and deliver clear, actionable summaries to key decision-makers.Data Quality & Stakeholder Partnership:
Data Hygiene:
Conduct routine data quality checks and resolve database discrepancies to ensure reporting integrity.Technical Communication:

Hands-on proficiency using SQL to query relational databases; working familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytical languages.Decisioning Systems:
Direct experience configuring, testing, or managing business rules within a Business Decision Management (BDM) system, decisioning platform, or automated workflow engine.Data Visualization:
Working knowledge of BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
