Description Job Summary:

The Business Data Analyst supports healthcare operations through performance monitoring, data analysis, business process documentation, and small-scale project execution. This role is responsible for tracking key operational, clinical, and financial KPIs; developing dashboards and reports; and translating data into actionable insights for leadership. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to document and improve business processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and lead smaller projects from planning through completion.

Education:

Required:

High School Diploma Preferred:

Associate or bachelor's degree

Experience:

Required:

3 years experience in Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with High School Diploma; or 2 years experience in Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with an associates degree; or 1 year of experience in Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with a bachelors degree. Basic understanding of project management concepts and healthcare or IT environments is required. Position Requirement(s):
