DESCRIPTION
The Production Planning Team (PPT) needs leaders like you to deliver the future of labor planning for our North America Customer Fulfillment Network (NACF). This is a high visibility role responsible for pioneering Amazon's Production Planning Team process with the Planning and Execution (PLEX) organization. Key job responsibilities Work with FC and Manage Regional leadership processes Build the foundation and implement an innovative model for centralized labor planning across NACF. Deliver action plans for senior managers and directors, while being a trusted partner to these network leaders. Leverage central teams (i.e. S&OP, Central Flow, Process Engineering) to drive process and operations execution improvements. Use data and bias for action to work through ambiguity and deliver results. 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience Bachelor's degree Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Experience with Excel Experience with SQL Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders Bachelor's degree, or BS degree 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience 5+ years of business or financial analysis experience Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel Experience in SQL Experience influencing internal and external stakeholdersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of data interpretation and analysis to influence stakeholders experience Previous experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
