functionality Support system conversion strategy including custom code remediation and data readiness Functional Design & Configuration Configure and optimize SAP EAM modules: Technical Object Management (Equipment & Functional Locations) Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Work Order Management Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Spare Parts & Inventory Integration Align maintenance processes with S/4HANA best practices Design future-state processes and functional specifications Support integration with: Materials Management (MM) Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) Project Systems (PS) Data Migration & System Readiness Lead EAM master data assessment and cleansing Oversee migration of: Equipment & Functional Locations Maintenance Plans & Task Lists BOMs and Serial Numbers Historical Maintenance Orders Support migration tools and data validation activities Ensure asset and maintenance history integrity post-conversion Testing & Deployment Develop and execute Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and Integration Testing Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Assist cutover planning and go-live readiness Provide hypercare and post-go-live stabilization Stakeholder & Project Collaboration Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements Collaborate with technical, data migration, and Basis teams Provide solution workshops and user training Support change management initiatives
