Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team, playing a vital part in supporting IT risk modernization and control automation initiatives. Our team values collaboration and proactive problem-solving as we work to drive operational improvement and strategic project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze business problems, defining the scope of activity, requirements, and opportunities for operational streamlining. Document project needs, analyze solutions, and gather and update business requirements, including process mapping and workflow review. Manage project documentation such as implementation plans, issue logs, and process flow charts, ensuring clear communication of progress and gaps. Support project management functions, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, and help coordinate process implementation.

Required:

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies. Experience translating business requirements to technical and functional requirements. Bachelor's degree minimum education required.
