We are seeking a Healthcare Revenue Analyst to support revenue reporting, reimbursement analysis, and financial operations out of our Frisco, TX headquarters. What You'll Own Analyze revenue trends by payer, service line, location, and CPT code to identify variances and opportunities Support month-end close activities related to net revenue, contractual adjustments, and AR reporting Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key RCM metrics including denial rates, days in AR, collection rates, and payer reimbursement timeliness Partner with the RCM team to reconcile billed charges against collected revenue and identify underpayments or billing discrepancies Assist with net revenue calculations, contractual allowance modeling, and bad debt reserve analysis Support internal and external audits with schedules, documentation, and data pulls Collaborate with payer contracting, billing, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting Participate in system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle analytics, or a related role Familiarity with RCM workflows including claims, denials, payments, and contractual adjustments Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting tools or BI platforms a plus

Preferred:
