Job Description The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Lead will oversee the deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central as the company's core business applications. This individual will work closely with business leaders across sales, operations, service, inventory, and accounting to translate requirements into scalable system solutions, workflows, integrations, and reporting capabilities. They will manage implementation activities including configuration, data migration, testing, user training, and go-live planning while coordinating with Microsoft partners and technical resources. The role is responsible for ensuring Dynamics 365 CE serves as the operational system of record while Business Central remains the financial system of record, creating a seamless end-to-end process from customer acquisition through invoicing and financial reporting.
