Business Analyst

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT departments to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of business processes and system capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.

Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and efficiencies.

Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure requirements are properly implemented.

Support system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.

Create process flows, use cases, and documentation to support system functionality and user training.

Participate in testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).Troubleshoot system issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.

Assist with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and business processes.
