IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements, document requirements, and ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and supporting technology projects in a collaborative environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements for development and IT teams.

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies.

Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, workflows, and process maps.

Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

Assist with testing activities, including test case development and validation of system functionality.

Support issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.

Communicate project progress, risks, and requirements with stakeholders across the organization.
