Job Description
Bilingual Business System Analyst Plano, TX Bilingual- Korean/English Responsibilities Provide daily on-site support to business users on Varicent operational issues Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Argano (technical vendor) Execute Varicent operations: data loads, calculation cycles, workflow monitoring, validation Identify defects and perform root cause analysis; conduct functional testing Process/validate DataHub data; develop and maintain Alteryx workflows Requirements 3+ years in system operations, data processing, or business support On-site in Plano, TX; hands-on Varicent (or similar) and Alteryx Designer experience Understanding of enterprise data pipelines; strong analytical skills Excellent communication with non-technical users and external vendors Preferred Qualifications Varicent Modeler/Administration; Workday or similar platforms Incentive compensation / sales performance management knowledge; ITIL familiarity Best Regards, Praveen
