Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related position.DESCRIPTION
Gather and analyze business requirements through various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys. Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive requirement specifications, user interface guides, and functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and workflows. Obtain sign-off on requirements from relevant client contacts. Provide ongoing support to the development team during the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with business requirements. Facilitate communication between business units and the development team. Manage and prioritize change requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines. Coordinate with business units to test, validate, and evaluate new applications and functions. Identify and document issues or discrepancies in services and software. Ensure that developed solutions meet business needs and quality standards.SKILLS REQUIRED
- 2 years of experience with mortgage banking and title insurance systems, including requirements analysis, workflow design, and system enhancement.
- 2 years of experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRSs), and user stories, using Azure DevOps and Jira.
- 2 years of experience creating workflow diagrams and UI prototypes using Figma, Balsamiq, and Microsoft Visio.
- 2 years of experience supporting the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirements traceability, and backlog management.
- 2 years of experience supporting data migration, report validation, and SQL query analysis, using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
