We are seeking an experienced Management Analyst to support the companys operational growth and improve internal processes. The successful candidate will conduct organizational studies, analyze workflow procedures, and identify areas where efficiency can be enhanced. The Management Analyst will design and document systems and procedures, prepare process manuals, and recommend practical improvements to strengthen the companys administrative and clientservice functions.
DUTIES:
Analyze the companys administrative and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies in workflow, clientintake, scheduling, and documentmanagement processes. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to assess current methods used by administrative and professional staff and determine areas for improvement. Collect and analyze operational data related to productivity, workload distribution, turnaround times, and resource utilization. Conduct worksimplification reviews to identify redundant steps and opportunities to streamline internal processes. Develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency, reduce redundancies, and enhance internal communication and information flow. Assist in designing, updating, and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), systems, and internal process manuals. Prepare written reports summarizing findings, proposed procedural changes, and expected outcomes. Support the implementation of new or revised procedures by coordinating with administrative and accounting staff. Monitor the effectiveness of adopted changes and recommend further adjustments as needed. Assess operational challenges related to workflow, document handling, and internal coordination, and propose practical solutions to support business growth and increased activity.
