Onsite Salary:
$140,000-$155,000 SNI Technology/Paladin is seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to join a high-impact enterprise IT program supporting a complex federal technology environment. This individual will play a key role in bridging technology operations, financial planning, procurement processes, and business analysis efforts to ensure mission-critical systems remain aligned with operational goals. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in technology business management (TBM), enterprise IT environments, budgeting, lifecycle planning, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Support technology financial analysis, forecasting activities, and budget planning initiatives. Assist with annual technology spending plans and financial reporting efforts for infrastructure, software, and operational investments. Identify technology lifecycle requirements, including hardware and software nearing end-of-life or end-of-support status. Develop Bills of Material (BOMs) and assist with market research, vendor evaluations, and procurement documentation. Prepare materials and presentations supporting technical and project review milestones. Track procurement efforts through request, approval, acquisition, and deployment processes. Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements supporting enterprise operations. Translate operational needs into detailed requirements and workflow improvements. Evaluate proposed technology changes for cost impact, operational alignment, and long-term sustainability. Produce reporting, requirements documentation, and executive decision support materials. Maintain organized records supporting procurement, financial activities, and audit readiness. Support internal and external compliance activities and documentation efforts. Collaborate effectively with technical teams, subject matter experts, and leadership stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Technology Business Management (TBM) Business Systems Analysis Financial Analysis IT lifecycle planning Experience creating financial models, budget forecasts, spending plans, or procurement documentation. Working knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including systems infrastructure, networking, storage, and virtualization concepts. Experience supporting change management, configuration management, or IT service management initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical and financial information.
Experience with tools such as:
Excel Power BI SharePoint Confluence Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements. U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. ITIL certification or similar process-oriented credentials. Experience supporting federal enterprise IT environments or large-scale infrastructure programs. Exposure to workflow automation or business process modeling initiatives.
