You'll play a crucial role in empowering clients to manage risk and foster safe, productive work environments. Whether you're advising on loss prevention strategies or providing critical insights for pricing and coverage decisions, your expertise will directly contribute to reducing risks and ensuring client success.

Responsibilities:

Conducting on-site consultations and risk management assessments for clients. Advising on strategies to reduce risks and implement safety programs. Providing detailed survey information to support decision-making on quotes and renewals. Collaborating with underwriting and marketing teams to meet client needs. Staying up to date on risk management policies and the property/casualty insurance industry.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree (business-related field preferred). Experience in risk management, insurance loss control, occupational/industrial safety, or fire prevention (preferred). Exceptional communication, analytical, and time management skills. A valid driver's license Willingness to travel overnight up to 4 times per month. Pay range of $87,300 to $118,100. The starting pay is $87,300. A company car is an additional benefit offered for this position.
