Job Description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
PROGRAM ANALYST
to join our team in
STAFFORD, VA
. This position supports the Expeditionary Medicine Branch Program Analyst and Planner, which provides critical support to the Science & Technology Division within the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leveraging medical and combat trauma care expertise to plan, develop, and execute tactical-level concept experimentation and health service support. Identifying, evaluating, and applying emerging medical technologies to improve personnel survivability and reduce the required logistics footprint of medical services. Leading on-site data collection teams during field experimentation of expeditionary medical concepts and technologies, involving CONUS and OCONUS travel. Coordinating and providing long-term management of End User Evaluations with fleet units for durations of 6 to 24 months. Managing key project controls, including initiating and updating schedules, data documents, and risk management procedures. Developing comprehensive Data Collection and Analysis Plans and driving overall report development, presentations, and technical editing. Supporting the Branch Head with progress reporting, budget requests, and maintaining the inventory of technology acquired for the branch.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of operational experience and background in medical and logistics planning. A total of 8 years without a degree. Prior service and frontline experience as a Corpsman, Medic, Independent Duty Corpsman (IDC), or Search and Rescue Medical Technologist. Experience in Medical Planning, Medical Regulation, Patient Movement, and Medical Logistics (Class VIII a/b) Management at the Theater level and below. Expert technical writing skills focused on reporting technical events, white papers, and the ability to aggregate data into fact-based recommendations. Proven ability to write comprehensive data analysis plans and produce "quick-look" presentations to summarize key findings for leadership. Proficiency with typical Microsoft Office tools for presentations, spreadsheets, and word documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale exercise and experimentation planning, execution, data collection/analysis, and reporting. Experience developing and delivering training on new technologies to end-users. Familiarity with the development of JCIDS Requirements and First-level Derived Requirements. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project schedules and assess project risks. Possession of an active Passport and the ability to conduct multi-week travel.
Clearance Requirements:
Must possess an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
