As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Data, Model & Analytics Marketing & Customer Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Tysons Corner, VA. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Consultant Senior to join our Customer and Marketing Analytics team. This role will play a critical part in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance across key channels, with a particular focus on direct mail, email, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of statistical and technical expertise, advanced data visualization skills, and marketing domain knowledge, along with a passion for modern analytics tools, automation, and AI-assisted development. This individual is expected not only to execute high-quality analytics but also to influence how we evolve our dashboards, reporting, and analytical approaches.Role Overview:
- Marketing campaign measurement and analysis oDesign and execute robust measurement strategies for marketing campaigns, with emphasis on direct mail, email, and digital marketing.
- Advanced analytics & data engineering oDevelop and maintain analytical solutions using Python and SQL to support campaign analytics.
- Dashboarding & data visualization oBuild and own advanced dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI that clearly communicate performance, trends, and insights to executive and business audiences.
- Analytics Platform & Tooling oUse and contribute to shared analytics codebases, following best practices with Github or Bitbucket for version control.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands on marketing campaign measurement experience
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and transformation
- Experience working with Hadoop and large-scale / big data environments
- Advanced dashboarding skills in Tableau and/or Power BI, with demonstrated ability to design impactful, executive-ready visualizations.
- Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, including average cost, response rates, cost per conversion, ROMI, and ROAS.
- Experience using code management tools such as Github or Bitbucket.
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI-assisted analytics and development tools (e.g. Github Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).
- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills for senior or executive audiences.
