Renton, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team supporting implementation and optimization of a Warehouse Management System across multiple operational sites. Our team drives cross-functional collaboration to enhance inventory processes and business system integrations, directly impacting operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to implement and support a new Warehouse Management System (Manhattan WMS) across multiple sites. Develop in-depth understanding of WMS functionality, system configurations, and integrations with internal host systems, and support user acceptance testing and associate training. Partner with warehouse operations, IT, and business teams to drive functionality improvements, manage change requests, and communicate system updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and support the development of process standards, roadmaps, and standard operating procedures for end users.
Required:
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems and implementing such systems or similar software solutions, with preference for Manhattan platform experience. Ability to work varied shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and willingness to support sites in Everett, Renton, and Milton as needed. Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and advanced understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Bachelor's degree and typically 6 or more years of related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
