Business Process Analyst (Onsite Process Improvement & Operations)

Description Delavan Holdings is hiring a Business Process Analyst to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and implement practical solutions across a diversified, multi-entity organization. This is a hands-on, business-facing role . You'll work directly with operational teams to understand how work gets done today, identify where it breaks down, and implement improvements using process redesign, automation, and modern tools (including AI where appropriate). This is not a purely technical or IT role —we are looking for someone who understands business operations and can drive real-world change.
