We are seeking a Business Analyst who can collaborate with stakeholders, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and support the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with product, technology, and business teams to evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define requirements that support strategic objectives. You will play a key role in documenting business needs, creating user stories, validating solutions, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Domain Expertise Develop expertise in assigned business functions and processes while building a broader understanding of related operational areas. Analyze business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations that support decision-making and product initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and business enhancement. Current State Assessment & Gap Analysis Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Document current-state and future-state processes and perform gap analyses to support solution design. Utilize analytical thinking and business insights to recommend practical solutions to business challenges. Requirements Gathering & Documentation Conduct fact-based research and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders. Analyze and document business, functional, and process requirements across multiple business domains. Ensure requirements are clearly articulated, validated, and aligned with business goals. User Story & Feature Development Independently create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize work. Support development teams throughout the solution lifecycle by clarifying requirements and responding to evolving business needs. Testing & Quality Assurance Support Coordinate and review test plans, test cases, and testing activities. Validate testing results against documented business requirements and expected outcomes. Support stakeholder acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure quality deliverables. Project & Agile Delivery Support Apply project management and Agile methodologies to support successful initiative delivery. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Finance, Management, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Analyst or similar role. Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional solutions. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business process documentation, and workflow analysis. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze moderately complex business problems and recommend effective solutions. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
