The Business Systems Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting business processes and system solutions across assigned functional areas. This position evaluates current processes and technologies to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field, 3-5 years of related and/or operational experience, or an equivalent combination Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a liaison between IT and another business focus, or experience working on large, cross-functional projects Proficient with Microsoft Office Competent with Microsoft Visio and Project Familiar with project management fundamentals (desired) Familiar with reporting: SQL, Crystal, Dashboards, Pivot charts (desired) A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability https://www.michels.us/website-user-privacy-policy/
