Techno-Functional Systems Analyst#26-07705 Green Bay, WI Hybrid Contract Starts 8/10/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Techno-Functional Systems Analyst - Hybrid position with a Major Freight Company located in Green Bay, WI. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation:

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role will support a major project to migrate from a legacy Transportation Management System (TMS) to a new system. The Techno-Functional Systems Analyst will focus on validating the end-to-end code-to-cash flow to ensure accuracy. This position requires an individual with strong business acumen who can analyze and validate end-to-end business processes, identify w processes hang up, work closely with end-users, and create thorough documentation. Candidates should be technically proficient enough to troubleshoot the application and implement minor fixes when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with a project to migrate from a legacy TMS to a new system. Validate the end-to-end flow and ensure accuracies in the code-to-cash process. Understand the business process flow and identify technical issues along the way. Troubleshoot and implement minor fixes when appropriate. Create detailed documentation of business steps and flows for replication and future automation. Work closely with business end-users for testing and sign-off.

Primary Requirements:

Strong business process analysis and end-to-end workflow experience. Experience documenting and validating business processes, workflows, and system behavior. Ability to identify process gaps, perform root cause analysis, and translate findings into actionable solutions. Experience debugging Java/Spring Boot applications and implementing minor code fixes. Experience writing and executing

REST API

calls for integration testing and troubleshooting. Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Strong business acumen and ability to work closely with business end-users

Desired Skills:
