Primary Responsibilities Facilitate requirements gathering with business stakeholders and implementation partners. Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process flows, decision points, and dependencies. Identify process improvement opportunities across procurement, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, and production planning. Support solution design decisions by translating business needs into practical SAP-enabled processes. Develop and execute test strategies for end-to-end business scenarios. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication. Manage defect identification, prioritization, resolution tracking, and retesting activities. Support business readiness activities, including documentation, training support, and change adoption efforts. Validate master data, process controls, and governance requirements to support successful ERP deployment. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in ERP/SAP roles with hands-on experience in
S/4HANA, IBP
planning, and cross-functional process enablement Strong
SAP PPDS
