Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst / Business Analyst to support a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) migration initiative. This role will serve as a bridge between Quality Assurance and Business Analysis, focusing on validating migration outcomes, executing test scenarios, documenting results, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure a successful transition from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate brings strong manual testing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for process validation. While IAM experience is a plus, candidates with a solid QA or BA background who are eager to learn will be highly successful in this role. Key Responsibilities
  •  Validate and reconcile migration results between SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  •  Execute manual test cases and verify system functionality, data accuracy, and business processes.
  •  Review, maintain, and update testing documentation, test scripts, and validation procedures.
  •  Identify, document, and track defects, inconsistencies, and process issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
  •  Work closely with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
  •  Collaborate with the Test Lead to coordinate testing activities, priorities, and deliverables.
  •  Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and validation criteria.
  •  Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and assist with defect management.
  •  Communicate testing results, risks, and recommendations to project stakeholders. Required Qualifications
  •  3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Testing, or a related role.
  •  Experience performing manual testing in an enterprise application environment.
  •  Strong attention to detail and ability to validate large sets of data and process outcomes.
  •  Experience creating and maintaining testing documentation and test cases.
  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  •  Self-starter capable of managing priorities in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications
  •  Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions.
  •  Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud (ISC), or similar identity platforms.
  •  Experience supporting system migrations, application implementations, or transformation initiatives.
  •  Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management processes.
  •  Previous experience working directly with external vendors and cross-functional project teams. Key Competencies
