Summary:
The role focuses on financial, vendor, and supply chain management for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) and Interventional Vascular Radiology (IVR) departments, supporting cost-saving initiatives and ensuring clinical needs are met within budgetary guidelines. Key Responsibilities Vendor and Contract Management Other information:
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or a high school diploma with significant relevant experience in healthcare supply chain.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in healthcare supply chain, materials management, or a clinical environment, preferably with exposure to the Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology. Clinical experience is preferred.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with medical terminology, inventory management software, and Cath Lab/IVR procedures is essential.
Skills:
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience using relevant hospital information systems (e.g., EPIC, Instrument management software) is highly desirable. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
