Key Responsibilities Senior Subcontract Specialist FAR15 / DoD Procurement We are seeking a Senior Subcontract Specialist to support end-to-end FAR15 proposal and subcontracting activities within an aerospace and defense environment. This role will partner with Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Government Sourcing teams to deliver compliant proposal packages and support supplier pricing analysis. Support

compliant subcontract proposal activities. Conduct CBOM analysis, supplier sourcing, RFQs, and procurement support. Perform price/cost analysis and demonstrate fair and reasonable pricing. Manage supplier communication and resolve sourcing challenges. Support

DCAA/DCMA

audits, RFIs, and compliance documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Pricing, Finance, and Business teams.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Subcontracting, or Finance. Hands-on experience with

FAR15, TINA, FAR/DFARS

regulations, and DoD procurement. Experience with supplier pricing analysis, RFQs, and fair & reasonable methodologies. Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and ERP/procurement systems. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Aerospace or defense industry experience preferred.
