Use inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) to track inventory, generate reports, and maintain accurate records. Utilize labeling software to create clear, consistent labels for parts, bins, shelves, and storage locations. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance inventory control, reduce waste, and improve material flow. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in inventory management, stockroom control, or parts procurement within a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of experience using inventory management systems (ERP or WMS), with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools. 3+ years of experience interpreting bills of materials (BOMs) and managing parts ordering, vendor communication, and lead times.
