We pride ourselves on innovation, compliance, and efficiency in serving both domestic and international markets. We are looking for a Production Planning & Purchasing Specialist to join our team and help coordinate production planning, purchasing, inventory, and material availability. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and other departments. Duties Production Planning Prepare and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, material availability, and production capacity. Maintain accurate production planning records and reports Coordinate production priorities with the Production and Operations teams. Ensure raw materials, packaging components, and other required materials are available before production. Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or material shortages. Adjust production plans as priorities, customer requirements, or material availability change. Purchasing Prepare and issue purchase orders for raw materials, packaging materials, components, and other production-related supplies. Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery dates. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve shortages, delays, quality issues, and other purchasing-related problems. Obtain and compare supplier quotations when needed. Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing records. Support supplier evaluation and purchasing decisions based on price, quality, lead time, and reliability. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in production planning, purchasing, inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and basic data analysis. Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
