Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Services Buyer II for a contract position. This role will focus on the strategic sourcing and procurement of software services, IT/ET (Information Technology/Engineering Technology) hardware, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will support procurement operations by ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of indirect goods and services that contribute to our mission of building a road to space.

Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed) Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing Execute end-to-end procurement activities for software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, IT/ET hardware, and related professional services. Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value while mitigating risk. Review and interpret software licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, and maintenance/support agreements. Stakeholder & Supplier Management Partner with internal stakeholders including IT, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to define requirements and align procurement strategies with business objectives. Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, invoicing, and contract performance. Support sourcing initiatives and supplier selection processes to ensure best-value outcomes. Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records to support audit and compliance requirements. Monitor and report key procurement metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement cycle times. Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, standardization, and cost reduction. Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and ethical sourcing standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3-5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, with a focus on indirect spend categories.
Hands-on experience sourcing:
Software services SaaS solutions IT/ET hardware Strong understanding of software licensing models, SaaS subscription structures, and IT hardware procurement. Proven negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships. Experience using ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. INDH
