Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator I to join their team. As a Purchasing Coordinator I, you will be part of the procurement department supporting the purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track purchase orders and resolve any issues Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels Support the negotiation of prices and terms with vendors Contribute to process improvements within the purchasing function What's Needed?
