This position will work with our Product Development team to research new vehicles, products, and opportunities in the automotive aftermarket. You'll help us find products we should develop, research competitors, work with samples, and help move projects from an idea to a finished product. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows cars, follows the aftermarket industry, and wants to turn that interest into a career. You do not need years of professional automotive experience . We are willing to train the right person who is knowledgeable, organized, curious, and eager to learn. What You'll Do Research new vehicles and automotive trends Research aftermarket products and competitors Help identify new product opportunities Research and purchase product samples Help locate vehicles needed for product development Schedule and follow up on product development projects Track product samples and project progress Take photos and measurements of products Help maintain product information and spreadsheets Assist with purchasing and ordering products Help monitor inventory and identify products that need to be reordered Communicate with suppliers and follow up on orders Assist with other Product Development projects as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a strong interest in cars and the automotive aftermarket Knows different vehicle makes, models, and generations Follows automotive trends and aftermarket products Is organized and good at following up Pays attention to details Is comfortable using a computer and learning new software Can use Microsoft Excel or is willing to learn Can work independently and manage multiple tasks Is dependable and willing to learn Experience That Is a Plus Automotive aftermarket experience Experience working on or modifying vehicles Experience with car parts, body kits, wheels, suspension, performance parts, or accessories Previous product development experience Purchasing or inventory experience Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely knows and enjoys cars. About Extreme Dimensions Extreme Dimensions is a leading manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket automotive exterior products, including body kits, spoilers, hoods, fenders, and other styling accessories. Our Product Development team is responsible for finding new applications, researching the market, developing new products, and helping bring those products to market. If you spend your free time looking at new cars, researching aftermarket parts, following automotive builds, or working on your own vehicle, this could be a great opportunity to turn that interest into a career.
