Buyer / Purchasing Specialist - Aerospace |
Temporary Assignment Shift:
1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM, Monday-Friday Experience:
2-4 years
Industry Requirement:
Aerospace experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Manage bidding, negotiations, and supplier relationships. Create and process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries. Procure parts, materials, equipment, and services. Analyze purchasing data and support cost-saving initiatives. Negotiate the best pricing and terms with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of purchasing or procurement experience. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Experience with MRP/ERP or other purchasing systems. CPM certification is a plus.
