Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Office Management Specialist to oversee and coordinate a broad range of administrative and operational support functions across our restaurant portfolio. This role is responsible for managing company assets, inventory, logistics, vendor relationships, and office and facility operations while ensuring efficient day-to-day business support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual works effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and takes a proactive approach to supporting business operations and the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities
- Procure and manage key equipment, ingredients, consumables and office supplies for headquarters and restaurant locations.
- Operate and continuously improve the company's inventory management system, including tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
- Manage supply chain logistics and distribution of ingredients, consumables, supplies, and equipment across multiple restaurant locations.
- Administer and maintain vendor, supplier, and service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, and operational documentation.
- Manage company property, lease agreements, and related administrative matters.
- Support new restaurant openings, relocations, and operational projects as needed.
- Perform general affairs duties, including internal events and executive/guest support, as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, Procurement, Office/Store Management, Vender/Inventory Management, or a related administrative role. Experience working in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-location environment is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks or other ERP/accounting systems is a plus. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred. Ability to travel throughout Southern California to company restaurant locations as needed. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
