This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's constantly evolving. The Merchandising Data Services Department has an opening for an Analyst II Supplier Support. This position is located in Pleasanton, CA.
Main responsibilities:
On board new vendors to the organization and communicate requirements and best practices Write Help center documents and maintain supplier support details Ensure compliance with legal requirements pertaining to supplier documentation Document business procedures, instructions and reference materials Evaluate Supplier acquisitions and consolidations and execute related changes within multiple systems Support suppliers and internal clients on Partner Portal Application Implement new business transactions and business processes and provide problem solving to external partners Independently perform root cause analysis and develop comprehensive solutions to system and procedure issues Provide support to business partners on procedures and requirements Perform analysis and provide periodic reports on progress and opportunities We are looking for candidates who possess the following: 4-year college degree or equivalent job experience. 2 years' experience in retail or manufacturing industry with business processes and systems Strong analytical skills required Excellent planning and organizing skills and ability to pivot focus quickly Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers at all levels of experience Sollid problem solving skills for business and technical issues, applying good judgment Must be service oriented and interact with a supportive approach Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated with a high degree of initiative. Ability to handle challenges and adapt to change.
