Job Title Procurement Coordinator Department Supply Chain Operations FLSA Class Non-exempt Salary Grade Revised Date 5.28.2024 Position Summary This position is responsible for oversight of the materials function for FFF Enterprises and procurement of any Factor, non-blood products, vaccines, ancillaries and packaging supplies. This function is concerned with the application of quantitative techniques in the decision-making process associated with procuring product. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring that forecasting/planning and procuring of goods comply with the terms and conditions of purchase agreement along with product master data setup and maintenance. This position requires direct interface with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Product Management, Warehouse and Business Development Management as well as suppliers. The incumbent will also ensure that positive relations with key suppliers are continually enhanced. Research and obtain product information and relay to team as requested. All inquiries requiring clinical advice must be referred to the manufacturer. Essential Functions and Duties Discuss and assist team with problem resolution and/or concerns. Continuously strive to improve processes and service quality to internal and external customers. Display dedication to the position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives. Manage inventory levels and processes used in determining forecasted need. Plan and procure Factors, non-blood products, vaccines, ancillaries and packaging supplies according to need. Direct contact relative to GIB along with all necessary requirements, testing and evaluation for current and future system enhancements (SAP). Review and analyze lead times, dead stocks, days-on-hand, slow-moving products and make recommendations. Manage the timely and accurate maintenance of the computer system tables, databases and purchasing transactions relating to acquisition of Factors, non-blood products, vaccines, ancillaries and packaging supplies. Develop and maintain working relationships with key company vendors to enhance company's competitive advantage. Maintaining necessary vendor documentation and update return policies. Assist Product Management and Pricing and Contracts team members as required. Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws. Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives. Represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance at all times. Understand and internalize the Company's purpose, display loyalty to the Company and its organizational values.
