Position Overview Rockstar Original is currently hiring Senior Buyers within both our Mens and Womens businesses. These roles will support assortment planning, trend analysis, vendor partnerships, and seasonal buying strategies while collaborating cross-functionally with design, production, planning, and operations teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies aligned with sales goals and brand direction Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks Build assortments across denim, outerwear, knits, graphics, and accessories Partner with Design and Product Development on product selection and seasonal storytelling Manage vendor relationships, costing negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery timelines Support pricing architecture, margin goals, and inventory optimization Participate in line reviews, fit sessions, and seasonal meetings Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing teams on launches and key initiatives

WHO YOU ARE

Senior Buyer:

5+ years Strong understanding of trend analysis, assortment planning, and inventory management Knowledge of the streetwear and contemporary fashion industry Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience within contemporary or streetwear apparel brands Familiarity with wholesale and direct-to-consumer business models Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount
