Continuously Improve We never stop learning, growing, and improving how we work. Job Description The Buyer supports all aspects of purchasing and inventory control for assigned brands and divisions. Working under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager, this role executes purchasing activities while ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals. What You'll Do Issue purchase orders for assigned brands and divisions Track and maintain purchase orders, including lead times, delivery dates, and costs to ensure accuracy Prepare and review purchase requisitions as needed Analyze replenishment reports and replenish inventory accordingly Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stocking levels Coordinate real-time product delivery status with distribution centers and branch locations Prepare and maintain purchasing reports (spend analysis, over/understock, vendor fill rates, lead times) Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support supply chain performance Resolve delivery, quality, and order discrepancies in a timely manner Partner with merchandising on promotions, new product requests, pricing updates, and vendor communications Investigate inventory discrepancies and order variances Follow established purchasing processes and procedures Support month-end inventory and purchasing activities Assist with departmental initiatives and cross-functional projects What We're Looking For ✔ Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience ✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Solid math and analytical skills ✔ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines ✔ Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset Why You'll Love Working With Us Consistent Hours
