Purchase and Planning Coordinator

Live a Little Vans is a custom van builder creating high-end, adventure-ready vehicles. We're looking for a detail-oriented, systems-driven Purchasing & Planning Coordinator to help us scale our operations. What You'll Do Plan all van builds and smaller projects before they begin Purchase all materials and manage vendor relationships Ensure all parts are on-site before builds start Build and manage inventory systems to keep the shop stocked Work closely with sales and production to align all project details Implement and improve systems using Lean principles What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong problem solver and systems thinker Customer-focused mindset Experience in purchasing, operations, or project planning Interest in construction, automotive, or manufacturing preferred If you are enthusiastic about contributing to unique and personalized van projects and possess the necessary skills and qualities, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable part of our team.
