About Us We are a growing OTC and cosmetic FDA-regulated contract manufacturer (CMO) focused on quality, compliance, and operational excellence. As we scale, we are continuing to build structured, reliable supply chain processes to support long-term growth. The Role We are seeking an Associate Buyer to support the procurement of components required for production. This role will have ownership of assigned materials, ensuring accurate and timely purchasing decisions aligned with production needs. This position is designed as a development role, providing a strong foundation in purchasing while offering exposure to broader supply chain functions within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on purchasing decisions and material ownership, working in close partnership with planning and execution functions. Key Responsibilities Own purchasing for assigned components and suppliers Place purchase orders based on planning requirements Manage order quantities, pricing, and supplier commitments Maintain accurate system data (lead times, MOQs, pricing, documentation) Support supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with planning to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules Maintain documentation and data integrity in accordance with FDA/OTC cosmetic requirements Support ongoing improvements to purchasing and supply chain processes What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accountability Ability to work within structured, compliance-driven processes Analytical mindset with sound decision-making skills Effective communication and supplier interaction skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Preferred:
1-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, OTC, cosmetics, or similar) ERP and Excel experience Growth & Development This role is designed to build a strong foundation in supply chain. Based on performance and business needs, there may be opportunities to grow into areas such as: Buyer / Senior Buyer Supply Chain Planning (supporting planning functions) Strategic sourcing or broader supply chain roles.Pay:
