We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to support our manufacturing operations through strategic procurement, supplier management, and inventory planning activities that ensure uninterrupted production and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Procure raw materials, packaging, and services to support production requirements while meeting cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with vendors to ensure consistent material availability and strong service performance. Monitor inventory levels and demand requirements to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize supply disruptions. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers in coordination with Corporate Purchasing. Support new product launches, inventory replenishment activities, and intercompany material transfers across MAPEI facilities. Partner with production, planning, quality, logistics, and corporate teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Resolve supplier quality issues, delivery delays, and service concerns while implementing effective corrective actions. Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum of five years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience purchasing raw materials, packaging, or production-related materials preferred. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience working with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems preferred.
