Job Description

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and professional positions across the U.S. You'll build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and close partnership with hiring leaders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and relationship-building. Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout all stages. Support full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. Support university and early-career hiring efforts, including travel to campus events and hiring coordination of internship programs. Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to maintain accurate records, track progress, and support reporting needs. Support employer branding initiatives and represent MAPEI at recruiting events as needed. Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition on process improvements, recruiting optimization projects, and special initiatives. Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience; corporate or early-career recruiting experience preferred. Experience with applicant tracking systems (Oracle HCM preferred). Familiarity with key recruiting platforms, including Indeed Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to attract diverse, qualified talent. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management abilities. Ability to travel for university recruiting events. What's in it for you In this role you will earn a competitive annual base salary between 55,000 - 65,000 based on your experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.
