Support related to the procurement of manufacturing line equipment and production tools?
The scope would include:
1. Procurement Management
o Equipment and production tool procurement for the manufacturing line (a detailed list of assets, suppliers, quantities, and required timelines will be provided by Benny).
o Purchase order placement.
o Order tracking and expediting.
2. Financial Tracking and Controls
o Invoice management and monitoring of cash flow commitments.
o Coordination with our Controls Lead to help ensure capital expenditures align with approved commitments and forecasts.
3. Project Reporting
o Bi-weekly procurement status updates during the first two months.
