Position:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Create, issue, and update purchase orders within the ERP system. Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with vendors regarding delivery status. Confirm vendor acknowledgements, pricing, quantities, and delivery dates. Coordinate inbound deliveries with Receiving and Operations. Process direct shipments and communicate delivery updates. Maintain organized purchasing records and vendor documentation. Assist with invoice reconciliation and purchasing documentation. Communicate shortages, delays, substitutions, and vendor updates to the Purchasing Manager. Generate purchasing reports and maintain purchasing data accuracy. Support inventory replenishment activities and perform other duties as assigned Southeast US plant identification is highly preferred Familiar with Florida grades / standards for determining quality of trees and shrubs is highly desired
