Coordinate with vendors on pricing, deliveries, and product availability
Monitor inventory and support replenishment
Track open orders and shipment schedules
Maintain purchasing records and reports
Partner with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams
Resolve purchasing and vendor issues
Help keep our supply chain running smoothly We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience in purchasing, inventory, foodservice, restaurant operations is highly preferred.
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Food distribution or wholesale food experience
ERP or inventory management system experience
