Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, including creation, monitoring, and finalization.
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to company policies.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to achieve favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and vendor communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and align them with procurement strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.
- Research and evaluate new vendors and suppliers to expand sourcing options.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as delivery delays or discrepancies, in a timely manner.
