Position Requirements:

What you'll do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Maintain organized warehouse storage and inventory locations Process and track purchase orders and vendor deliveries Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records Communicate with vendors regarding deliveries, shortages, and order status Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures Assist with material sourcing and obtaining vendor pricing when needed What we're looking for Previous warehouse, purchasing, inventory, or procurement experience preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus Forklift experience or certification preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to lift and move materials safely Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
