As BEA is growing, we are looking for a Purchasing & Planning Coordinator to join our team. In this high impact role you will be working closely with a strong execution team. This leadership position is for an individual that is interested to build a career and growing with us. Key Responsibilities — Purchasing & Planning Coordinator
  • Execute daily purchasing activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups
  • Support material planning and ensure timely availability of components for production
  • Track inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, responsiveness)
  • Assist in demand forecasting and production planning activities
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems
  • Identify and escalate material shortages or risks proactively
  • Work closely with logistics, production, and engineering teams to ensure alignment
  • Support cost tracking and identify opportunities for savings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Assist in process improvements across purchasing and planning functions Qualifications & Skills
  • High intelligence and strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Precision and focus are a must
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ownership mentality and accountability
  • Strong understanding of planning, coordination, and organizational workflows; experience with production or material planning is an advantage.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-through skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems or planning tools is beneficial.
  • Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative team approach.
