What You'll Do Responsible for all faces of acquiring a used-car inventory through, direct contacts, generated leads, off site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers or any other available avenues Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and ensures processing of all purchases Responsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning process Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools Generate leads and create appointments by researching the available used car market Meet car buying quotas Understand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas. Develop effective working relationships with the all purchasing venues to accelerate the placement of ideal inventory in an expeditious and cost-effective manner. Effectively utilize lead management tools. Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation as required. Required to be the expert in all aspects of the purchasing, shipping, selling and stocking vehicles What You'll Bring Automotive Knowledge, 3+ years Used Vehicle Buying experience, 2+ years Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The average pay range for this position is $4,500-$10,500 monthly including bonuses off units acquired. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
