Job Description

Position Summary:
The Procurement Agent will assist with coordinating activities involved with procuring goods and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage outside services by creating daily plating purchase orders and addressing any issues with plating Create purchase orders Purchase miscellaneous items Update late purchase order report on GOLD daily Contact suppliers with late purchase orders Create inventory records Calculate quarterly on-time delivery & quality report Purchase raw material, hardware, paint, and purchased parts Complete manufacturing reviews Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise with suppliers or purchase orders

Experience:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Physical Demands Include:
Sitting, standing, and walking. Use of hands and arms to operate office equipment. Being able to see (20/25 vision with glasses, 20/25 without) and hear (with mechanical assistance if necessary) sufficient to understand and comprehend individual one-on-one conversations.
Work Environment:
This person will work in an office which is a temperature controlled environment with moderate noise. There will be outside time spent in the manufacturing environment. This setting involves manufacturing equipment with others working in close proximity.
