Job Description Summary The Procurement Specialist
- Strategic Procurement Analytics supports the Procurement organization through spend analytics, reporting, sourcing support, automation initiatives, and procurement operations activities.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications Education/ Certifications:
(Required & Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required.Skills and Experience:
Required 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience developing reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI, Excel, or similar analytical tools. Experience performing spend analysis, supplier analysis, KPI reporting, or business analytics. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling capabilities. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career within Procurement. Preferred Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar procurement technologies. Experience with Power Automate, Copilot, SQL, Power Query, Alteryx, or related automation and analytics tools. Experience supporting sourcing activities, supplier management, category management, or supply chain functions. Experience developing supplier scorecards, performance reporting, or business intelligence solutions. Experience supporting continuous improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.Functional Competencies:

Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment. Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal. Regular use of computers, reporting systems, and business applications. Occasional travel may be required. Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties. Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets Lamb Weston Driving Standards. This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.Pay Rate or Range:
$64,900.00- $97,360.
